| 摘 要： | 教育公平是社会公平的重要基础,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。只有深入把握教育公平的时代内涵,查找并发现我国实施公平教育存在的现实问题,从我国客观实际出发,勾勒出实现教育公平的指导思想和解决对策,才能更好地实现教育公平。
