摘    要:教育公平是社会公平的重要基础,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。只有深入把握教育公平的时代内涵,查找并发现我国实施公平教育存在的现实问题,从我国客观实际出发,勾勒出实现教育公平的指导思想和解决对策,才能更好地实现教育公平。

Abstract:Educational quity is the important basis of the social quity and the necessary requirement of building the socialist harmonious society.Will the educational equity be better achieved only by deeply grasping the contemporary connotations of educational equity,finding the practical problems in implementing educational equity,and by planning the guiding ideology and countermeasures in achieving educational equity from the basis of objective reality
