| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国农村远程教育培训现状，提出构建新型农村远程教育培训体系势在必行，并进一步提出了要更新观念，完善办学模式，构筑体系，整合资源，明确对象，因材施教，开展不同层次、不同需求类型的教育培训，在纵横两方面构筑培养新农民的农村远程教育培训体系。

| Abstract: | Based analysis on status of distance education and training system of new farmers in the countryside, it is urgent to build the new countryside distance education training system for farmers. Then the author puts forward that we should carry out various different kinds of education training to construct the new countryside distance education training system through thought renovation, education source integration, system construction etc. |
