| 摘 要： | 企业投资人、债权人和经营管理者等对企业未来的财务状况非常关心，而企业未来的财务状况与现执行的营业政策、筹（融）资政策、投资政策和利润分配政策密切相关。利用可持续增长率财务预测分析的模型对企业未来的财务状况进行预测分析，并采取积极有效的措施，使企业能够实现可持续增长和企业价值最大化。

| Abstract: | Investors, Creditors and Managers are concerned with th e firm's future financial position, Which is usually affected by such factors as the present operating policy, financial policy, investment policy and divided p olicy. If the positive and effective measure, the firm can keep the sustainable growth to realize its maximum value, by means of the financial forecasting analy sis model of the sustainable growth rate, which forecasts and analysis future fi nancial posotion. |
