基于产教融合的高职会展专业人才培养模式研究

近年来,随着“一带一路”、“中蒙俄经济走廊”的深入推进,黑龙江会展产业取得了长足的发展,但缺乏专业的会展人才始终是龙江会展产业持续健康发展的瓶颈。作为与经济发展联系紧密的高职教育,得到越来越多会展企业的青睐。以高职会展专业人才培养模式改革为研究对象,以黑龙江生态工程职业学院为例,探索如何通过产教融合、校企合作途径,完善人才培养模式。

Research on Training Mode of Exhibition Talents in Higher Vocational Education Based on Integration of Industry and Education

In recent years,with the further development of the“one belt and one way”strategy and the“Sino Mongolia Russian economic corridor”,Heilongjiang's exhibition industry has made considerable progress.However,the lack of professional exhibition talents is always the bottleneck that hinders the sustainable and healthy development of Longjiang's MICE industry.As a higher vocational education mode the most closely related with economic development,it is favored by more and more exhibition enterprises.This paper takes the reform of the talent training mode of exhibition specialty in higher vocational education as the research object,and Heilongjiang Ecological Engineering Vocational College as an example to explore how to improve the talent training mode through the integration of industry and education,and the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
