摘    要:新课程改革明确提出小学阶段应“以综合课程为主”,这一改革要求小学教师能够适应并承担多种学科的教学与管理。但实际情况是培养小学全科型教师仍然存在着诸多困境,对其困境的研究梳理是高等师范院校应有的举措。

Abstract:new curriculum reform clearly proposed that the primary school stage should be“based on comprehensive curriculum”.This reform requires primary school teachers to be able to adapt to and undertake the teaching and management of a variety of subjects.But the actual situation is that there are still many difficulties in the training of general teachers in primary schools.The research and sorting out of its predicament should also be a measure taken by normal colleges and universities.
