Improving the Level and Standard of College Management by Regarding Subject Construction as the Core

The present paper puts forward that subject construction is the core and basis for the development of colleges and universities. The level of subject construction tells the standard of a university,the quality of cultivation and it also plays an important role in the characteristics and advantages of an institute.The only way to raise the standard of college management and the quality of teaching is to realize the leading role of the construction of subjects,and to identify the major tasks such as strengthening the construction of subjects,improving the level and standard of teaching and research.
