| Abstract: | Cultivating new-type farmers is one of the essential tasks of building a new socialist countryside,the key of which lies in an overall improvement of farmers' scientific and cultural qualities.In ethnic regions,training newtype farmers should be regarded as the most important goal in the development of rural education in accordance with deployment and requirements of building a new socialist countryside. |
