| 摘 要： | 国外奖励旅游市场已然成熟，而国内发展则刚刚起步，各方面研究薄弱，应对奖励旅游进行更深层次的学术探讨，丰富其基本理论，应在认知其特征、组织运作模式与目的地空间选择模式的基础上，针对国内市场发育现状，从政策环境、学术环境和市场环境三方面加强对我国的奖励旅游发展环境的培育。 |

| Abstract: | Incentive tourism market has already been mature in some other countries;but in our country,it is still in the early stage of its development,and theoretical research is very weak. This essay first analyses basic theories such as feature,the mode of organization and operation and the selection mode of destination,then presents a cultivation mode of incentive tourism development environment.Finally development trend of incentive tourism is explained. |
