| 摘 要： | 外语新词的出现是跨化交流的产物。如何为新的外来词命名，提供正确得当的源语对应词，使新词能为说译入语接受是双语词典应该认真审度的问题。本篇提出新词释义的原则、方式，并归纳《当代英语新词语词典》的释义对策，指出其不足之处。

| Abstract: | The influx of foreign new words is the result of cross-cultural communication. How to provide good equivalents in bilingual dictionaries for foreign new words in target language needs careful consideration. The article ventures to put forward some principles and ways of translating foreign new words into target language, and makes an analysis of the definition in A Dictionary of Contemporary English New Words. |
