| 摘 要： | 房地产业是一个资金密集型产业,融资问题自然成了制约房地产业发展的"瓶颈".一直以来,政府为了实现宏观调控、促进房地产业健康发展,都优先选择金融调控手段.从房地产业对金融业依赖关系入手,阐述了主要的金融调控手段,重点探讨了当前的金融政策的变化对房地产市场参与主体的影响.
