| 摘 要： | 在网络媒体挑战和中国加入WTO的形势下,媒体的发展对新闻学教育提出了越来越高的要求。新闻学院培养的人才只有更好地为媒体服务,才是我们教育的成功。作为新闻学高端人才的新闻学博士,不仅应该在国内外新闻传播研究领域有自己的建树,在学术会议上有自己的声音,而且还应该对包括新闻业务实践在内的媒体变化有所了解。当代新闻学博士生教育培养的学生应该是:以社会的需要和视角研究和发展新闻理论,用新闻理论知识说明并服务于社会。
