| Abstract: | University is an important integrant of sci-tech innovation system of our country, and it is the cradle of cultivating and producing high attainment talents. Cultivating innovative talents is the reforming target and developing direction of high education. Edecation is crucial in realizing the revival of our nation.And the key of education is cultivating a large group of high quality innovative talents. Fully understand the importance of training innovative talents is the inherent requirement of a knowledge-based economy. |
