| 摘 要： | 反硝化细菌是一类利用亚硝酸盐的微生物,它在利用亚硝酸盐的同时需利用有机质,反硝化细菌在水产养殖的试验过程中表明:水样pH值对反硝化细菌的反硝化作用影响不太大,而温度对反硝化细菌的反硝化作用有一定的影响,同时,水质清瘦、重金属离子、消毒剂、杀虫剂、增氧剂等对反硝化细菌的反硝化作用有一定的影响。

| Abstract: | Denitrifying bacteria are a species of nitrite-supported microorganism and they utilize both nitrite and organic substance simultaneously. The experiment on the denitrifying bacteria in aquaculture indicates that the ph value of water sample has no significant effect on the denitrification of the denitrifying bacteria, while the temperature has the definite effect, so has the water quality, disinfectant, heavy-metal ions, insecticide,and oxygenator,etc. |
