| Abstract: | The construction of scienticers Is the most important aspect in the construction of schools.In order to promote the level of the scienticers ,our school adopts some basic ways such as promoting the love of learning,intensifying basic theory, emphasizing ethics of scienticers. creating good teaching atmosphere , improving the ability of scienticers,stressing the arts of management and exploring the potential of scienticers. |
