| Abstract: | To promote intellectual property operation and value realization in High-tech Virtual Industrial Cluster （ HTVIC）, after the intellectual property activities are presented, an in-depth study is conducted concerning econom- ics mechanism of action of Intellectual property operation in HTVIC. Lastly,the corresponding strategies are proposed. |
