| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO之后,金融服务市场进一步对外开放,外资银行将更大规模地进入我国并开展各种业务,必然对我国的银行业竞争格局、市场秩序甚至金融安全产生重大影响。因此,当前较为紧迫的任务是尽快完善和加强对进入我国的外资银行的金融监管,此种监管必须是以国民待遇原则为主,辅以必要的监管保护措施。

| Abstract: | As a result of entering WTO, financial service market will further open up to the outside world while the banks of foreign capital will more massively pervade various businesses, which will bring a serious effect on the competition pattern of Chinese banks, order of market and financial security. Accordingly, we should perfect and strengthen the supervision of banks of foreign capital in time, meanwhile, and we should give priority to national treatment and look the necessary protect measures for supervision as the supplements. |
