| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育是培养人才、实现社会和谐的一种重要途径。本文以党的十七大关于“社会和谐”的理论及罗尔斯关于公平正义社会的理论为根基，着眼当前社会现实，结合上海大学成人高等教育脱产学生管理工作的实践，论述了成人高等教育脱产学生管理工作的特殊性，认为高校应完善成人高等教育学生管理模式，树立“服务”理念，从而适应市场竞争需要，真正发挥其作为培养人才、构建和谐社会基地的作用。
