| Abstract: | This essay demonstrates the practical meaning the ancient agriculture has on the exploitation of modern agriculture from the following four aspect: attaching importance to agriculture is an essential state policy, encouraging and rewarding cultivating is the prerequisite, building irrigation for century plan, and promoting agriculture technology is the guarantee. |
