| 摘 要： | 观念变革先行是珠江三角洲改革开放并取得巨大发展的一条基本经验，现状表明；要率先实现现代化，珠三角所面临的观念变革形势仍然是严峻而紧迫的，当前一个时期，珠三角观念变革的重点应该是；全面强化发展是硬道理的观念，忧患风险观念以及大资源观念。

| Abstract: | Mentality transformation is a leading factor in the great success of the reform and opening in the Pearl River Delta. At present, the mentality situation facing the delta region is still challenging. In the present time, the focus of the mentality transformation in the region is to let the three basic concepts penetrate people's thinking: 1)the concept that development is the right way; 2) the consciousness of crisis and risk, and 3) a macro sense of resources. |
