| 摘 要： | 在和谐社会条件下,城镇社区老年教育模式构建不仅是一个教育问题,更是一个重要的社会民生问题。本文认为,在教育问题与民生问题的交织与对接中,要突显出城镇社区老年教育确立"悦老于业"理念、"和老于情"取向、"尊老于心"路径的重要性,以及促进社区老年教育由"无序"向"有序"转型,由"无为"向"有为"发展、由"无型"向"有型"转换的极其紧迫性。
