| 摘 要： | 本文从治理理论的视角阐述了非政府组织在民办学校健康稳定发展中的重要作用和地位，并对我国民办教育非政府组织目前的状况与现存的问题进行了剖析，提出了健全我国民办学校非政府组织发展的现实路径，试图从政府、民办学校和非政府组织三个层面来探讨如何加强对我国民办学校实行科学、有序化管理，从而促进民办学校的可持续发展。

Finally, from the three levels, the gov- emment, private school and non-governmental organization, this paper discusses how to enhance the private schools scientifically and systematically so that they can develop sustainably |
