太原市城区居民休闲体育活动特征的研究

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对太原市城区居民休闲体育活动的特征进行调查,调查结果显示：太原市城区居民对参加休闲体育活动有着正确的、积极的认识,她们追求身心健康的愿望比较强烈;每周参加休闲体育活动1-2次的人数最多;多数人是根据自己的时间、意愿和兴趣等参加休闲体育活动,在时段选择上有一些不确定的因素存在;每次参加休闲体育活动以小强度为主,持续时间在30min以内的人数比例最高;参加休闲体育活动的项目排在前4位的是散步与跑步、舞蹈、羽毛球、棋牌类,组织形式以与朋友同事和相同爱好者一起为主。针对存在的问题,提出了合理的建议,旨在为促进太原市城区居民休闲体育活动的开展提供理论指导。

Research on the Features of Urban Residents in Leisure Sports Activities in TaiYuan

Through the research methods of documents, investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper investigate the features of urban residents in leisure sports activities in Taiyuan city. The results show that the urban residents have the correct and active awareness to participate in leisure and sports activities, and strong desire to pursue physical and mental health; The number of people participating in leisure and sports activities 1-2 times per week is the most; Most of the people participate in the activities according to their time, willingness and interest, there are some uncertain factors in a choice of time; The proportion of people who generally participate in small intensity activities and spend time less than 30 minutes is the highest; The items in the top four is walking and running, dance, badminton and chess; The form is mainly with friends, colleagues and the same lovers. One the basis of these findings, some reasonable suggestions is given for the existing problems, with a view to providing some reference to further promote the urban residents in leisure sports activities in Taiyuan.
