顽拗性黄皮种子的发育模式和脱水敏感性研究

摘    要:黄皮(Clausenalansium)种子在花后40~46天开始形成活力.74天达到生理成熟.88天完全发育成熟.根据黄皮种子发育过程中的性状和内部生理变化.将其发育分成五个发育阶段(I-V).不同发育期的种子对脱水的敏感性不同,第Ⅲ期种子最低,第V期种子最高.成熟黄皮种子的高脱水敏感性与其在发育后期的高含水量和高代谢活性有关.

Abstract:Wanpee (Clausena lansium) seeds maturated Physiologitally at 74 days post anthesis (DPA) nd maturated completely at 88 DPA. The development of wampee seeds was divided into 5 stagds (I~V) according to their characteristics in apperance, accumulation of storage reserves and vigour formation. The vigour of seeds formed precisely in stage II and thereafter increased progressively. The seeds at different developmental stages hnd different desiccation sensitivities. The seeds in stage III had lower desiccation sensitivity than thase in stages IV and V. The desiccation sensitivity of wampee seeds seems due to higher water content and higher metabolic activities during development.
