| 摘 要： | 职业倦怠又称"职业枯竭",是近年来在工作压力与心理健康领域研究的热点之一。通过对职业倦怠含义的分析,论述了高校图书馆馆员职业倦怠的具体表现及成因,并提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | "Job-exhaustion" can be a kind of phenomena to describe the modern psychological pressure that is under study now.When it applied in the research of the clerks working in libraries,we find that the exhaustion does exit in them;and the counter-measures are discussed to solve the problem. |
