| 摘 要： | 党的十四大以来,随着社会主义市场经济的逐步建立以及经济体制改革的不断深化,房地产市场作为一种新兴产业为社会经济的发展做出了巨大的贡献。但是,在宏观调控与市场经济的作用下,房地产市场呈现了大起大落的畸形发展状态,而从中折射出的中央政府与地方政府之间的复杂关系值得深思。
