| 摘 要： | 探究健身运动风险起源,回顾国内外研究历史,盘点不同学科研究现状,调查国内健身运动风险事件现状与发生背景.发现：单一学科研究是主要模式;以健身主体为对象的多学科融合欠缺;关于健身运动风险研究的理论体系尚不完善;健身风险已成为影响国民健身的重要安全隐患;亟待构建健身运动风险研究的理论框架,促进健身运动风险研究的系统化.以健身运动内部风险为基础的理论体系包含：健身运动风险的概念界定;健身运动风险的研究内容;健身运动风险的研究方法;健身运动风险的评价体系;健身运动风险的管理和控制等.

| Abstract: | Based on exploring exercise risk origin,carding the history and current situation of exercise,and surveying the present situation of exercise risk,the paper puts forward some problems as the following.The mono-disciplinary study is the main mode,the multi-disciplinary amalgamation based on the exercising subjects is not better enough,the system of studying exercising risk is not complete,exercising risk is one of the factors to influence the nationwide physical fitness,and the construction of exercising risk study is needed to improve the systematic exercising risk study.Based on the inner exercising risk,the theoretical system includes the definition of exercising risk,the content of its study,its approaches,its evaluating system,its management and regulations and so on. |
