孙中山国家建设中的海洋理念与主张

孙中山在探讨民族独立和国家富强的过程,正值西方国家争夺海洋霸权的时代,因而在其国家建设思想中融入了较多的海洋理念。他主张适应海洋竞争以建设＂民族国家＂,呼吁培养＂海洋国民＂和发展＂海洋大利＂以建设＂国民的国家＂和＂社会的国家＂。他重视各国海洋发展战略,且又有选择性汲取,对当今仍有重要的启迪作用。
