| Abstract: | This paper stated and analyzed that industry played an important supporting in this combination and bottle-neck needed to be settled in higher vocational education,then this paper probed into some effective way of which one was government apparatus should amplify policies and laws and regulations,and the other was industry function needed homing for industry to take more effect. |
