高等职业教育评价的现状、问题及对策研究

摘    要:从校内和校外两个评价体系的评价主体构成和评价方式等方面对高职教育评价现状进行分析,指出当前高职教学评价理念落后、教学质量评价体系和方式与职业岗位能力的要求不相称等问题.针对问题提出对策,即树立科学、先进的教育评价理念,注重教学评价主体的多元性,评价内容追求实用性、实践性、技术性与人文教育结合.

Abstract:The current situation of the evaluation of higher vocational education analysed from the evaluational subject and ways in inter and outer school evaluating systems.The backward thoughts on evaluation,the unsuitable match between teaching quality assessment systems and ways and the needs on student capacities for vocational post are the problems in it.Three suggestions are pointed out including establishing some scientific and advanced educational ideas,laying stress on the pluralistic of evaluational subjects and emphasizing the combination of praticability,technical characterand human education.
