| 摘 要： | 知识溢出是指地区或行业之间由于知识存量差异而导致的经济、业务交往活动中知识和技术的转移过程。知识溢出效应是整个科技活动及创新的基础和源泉，对于推动我国技术创新起到非常关键的作用。在对知识溢出效应相关文献综述研究基础上，分析知识溢出效应的关键影响因素，构建知识溢出效应的过程机理模型，并从知识生产函数角度提出知识溢出效应的度量模型。

| Abstract: | Knowledge spillover is the process that knowledge and technology are circulating between different areas or trades. Knowledge spillover effect is the basis and source not only for R&D but also for scientific and technological activities and innovation.Based on the analysis of knowledge spillover effect, the paper builds up the mechanism model of knowledge spillover effect, and puts forward the measurement model for knowledge spillover effect. |
