On The Important Thought of "Three Represents" and College Communist Youth League Construction

The important thought of "Three Represents" proposed and replied the question of how to construct the Party and which type of party to be constructed. Communist Youth League is the assistant and reserved force of our Party as an advanced youth's public organization led by the Communist Party of China. Therefore, the important thought of "Three Represents" is in great significance for strengthening the construction of college Communist Youth League conspicuously, enhancement of the cohesive force, the attraction and the fighting power of Communist Youth League organization as well as training and creating a large number of outstanding cadres of the Communist Youth League.
