| 摘 要： | 由于特定的历史原因,在中国西南地区的云南、贵州等边远省区有相当数量的“三线”企业。云南开关厂是此类“三线”企业的典型代表,有极强的代表性。在新的市场经济条件下,研究这些有特殊历史成因企业的发展战略选择问题,对于解决有相当数量的同类企业的生存和发展乃至西部欠发达地区经济发展和社会稳定等问题都有重要的参考价值。
