| 摘 要： | 教学质量是高校生存和发展的基础。构建“三要素、全过程”教学质量监控体系，利用“三要素”———教学质量监控组织、教学质量监控制度、教学质量监控信息技术，对包括人才培养方案、专业建设、教学大纲、教材管理等环节在内的人才培养“全过程”进行监控，可切实提高教学质量。

Establishing the teaching quality monitoring system ofThree Elements and Whole Process, taking advantage of theThree Elements （organization, regulations and information technology） to monitor the whole process of talent training （in-cluding talent training programs, specialty construction, syllabus and textbooks management）, can improve education quality. |
