In face of arduous and complicated student affairs work, related workers should make a scientific summarization. University counselors can divide their students into several groups, such as prominent students, poverty-stricken students, students addicted to the Internet, students with academic diffi-culty, and students with diseases or psychological problems, so as to educate them respectively in accordance with their special sit-uations, and give consideration to all students in student affairs work.
