银杏产黄酮内生菌的分离培养研究

摘    要:从银杏根与茎中分离筛选出9株产黄酮类物质的内生菌,分别属于匐柄霉、暗梗梭孢霉属、交链孢属、镰孢霉属、蜜孢霉和放线菌属。这些内生菌以真菌为主,并首次发现一株放线菌也产黄酮。内生菌产黄酮的能力以槲皮素衡量,槲皮素产量最高可达9.14 mg/L。内生菌体外培养的传代稳定性较差。HPLC测定结果显示,银杏内生菌均分可分泌一种非黄酮类物质的成分。

Abstract:Nine flavone-producing endophytes were isolated from the root and the stem of Ginkgo biloba.L,which respectively belonged to Stemphylium sp,Fusella Sacc,Alternaria sp,Fusarium sp,Sphacelia sp and Actinomycea.These endophytes were mainly fungi,and a strain of actinomycete was found too.The flavoneproducing ability was measured by the production of quercetin,which a maximum could reach to 9.14mg/L.However,the vitro cultivation of these endophytes were not stable in generation passage.The HPLC results showed t...
