| Abstract: | In order to realize the goal of "keeping ahead in building a well-off society in an all-round way", and "keeping ahead in realizing basic modernization" , Jiangsu' s modern distance education must take the glorious mission of educational service. We need institutional creation and educational resources integration. We must increase input, guarantee its priority in developing, readjust its construction, and enhance the service for the rural areas, provide human oriented service with good quality, and play an important role in building a learning society of mass learning and life-long learning. |
