弱反馈光纤Bragg光栅外腔半导体激光器的仿真

摘    要:运用计算机仿真技术,对弱耦合FBG—LD进行了研究。结果表明:输出光波长只能在内腔模附近:适当的长外腔、有利于使输出波长的中心对应的反射率取到极大值;光纤端面到管芯距离的微小变化、可使输出波长的中心对应的反射率取到最大值。

Abstract:FBG--LD with weak feedback, was s~.udied by computer simulation. The results show that the output light wavelengths only lie in the small range which is close the inner model. The propriety length of the long external cavity is good for making the center of the output light wavelengths lay in the top value. The very minute vary of the length of the fiber to the LD can make the center of the output tight wavelengths lie in the maximum value.
