| 摘 要： | 生态社会主义人权观是生态社会主义者对当代资本主义社会以及当今世界现实进行分析和反思的产物,其理论涉及环境权、生存权、发展权、和平权等方面.生态社会主义人权观具有积极影响,但其局限性也是明显存在的.认识和分析生态社会主义人权观对我国社会主义人权建设具有现实意义.

| Abstract: | The human rights opinion of eco-socialism is the result of analyses and thinking of the temporary capitalism and the modern world. Its theory include many aspect, concern with survival rights, environmental rights, development rights and peace rights, etc. The human rights opinion of eco-socialism has active effect, but its confine is also obvious. To realize and analysis the human rights opinion of eco-socialism has reality meaning on the construction of our socialist human rights. |
