摘    要:曾国藩为官从政期间 ,善于运用求贤用能术。他主张 :广收、慎用、勤教、严绳与轻罚、赤待与甄别、考绩与超擢、委功与揽过、问病吊恤、借才夷域与夷域培才等方法。在当时社会条件下 ,为清朝封建统治者培养了一大批忠贞不渝的幕僚

Abstract:During his term in office, ZENG Guo-fan was very good at choosing right person for right job. He insisted: collecting taxes widely with cautious use; instructing people and be strict with them with light punishment; treating people sincerely and judging them carefully; achievements and promoting by breaking a rule; shifting success onto others while failure onto oneself; offering condolence to the sick and visiting the bereaved; introducing personnel from other states and training personnel in other states. Under the social conditions of that time, a great number of devoted aides and staff were made.
