试论高等师范院校课程体系与教学内容的改革

课程体系和教学内容的改革是高等师范院校教育教学改革的重点和难点。新世纪科学技术的发展、中等教育的变革、素质教育的实施等，使高师教育必须强化改革意识，打破应试教育观的制约，使与人才需求相适应，在课程体系教学内容改革中，体现师范性、地域性、实践性，加强师资队伍建设，加强考试评价制度改革，构建新的体系和人才价值观。

On the Reform of Course system and Content for Teachers Colleges

The key to the reform in teachers colleges is the reform in course system and content. The development of science and technology in the new century, the reform of secondary education and the quality education all urge to consolidate the awareness of reform and to break through the restriction of exam_oriented education, so as to adjust itself to the demand for qualified personnel and educational goals.
