中原崛起凸现的问题及对策

中原崛起是中部崛起战略的关键组成部分,加快中原崛起具有重大的现实意义。以“五个统筹”的标准来衡量,在中原崛起的过程中还存在着城乡经济发展失衡、区域差距扩大、社会问题复杂、资源环境压力沉重、对外开放水平不高等问题。加快中原崛起必须采取以下措施:促进河南农业的“四化”;壮大中原城市群,加快城市化进程;进一步转变政府职能,改善投资环境。

The rapid development of Central Plains is the essential part of the strategy of the rapid development of Central China.Speeding up Central Plains' development is of important realistic significance.But judged by the standards of the Five Overall Arrangements,there exist many problems such as unbalanced urban and rural economic development,the widening of regional gap,complicated social problems,heavy pressure of resources and low level of opening to the outside world,ect.To quicken the development of Central Plains,we must take the following measures:promoting Henan agricultural sihua;enlarging the city group of Central Plains;speeding up urbanization;the government's further change in functions and improve investment environment.
