| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展和数据量的快速增长，采用联机事物处理技术的数据管理系统已无法满足高效作业和决策支持的需求，造成了海量数据与信息“孤岛”的并存。建立在数据仓库、联机分析处理和数据挖掘等技术基础上的商务智能系统能有效优化数据结构，对数据进行分析运算，从而达到支持决策的目的。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of IT and the quick increase of data, data management system cannot meet the needs of high efficiency and decision supporting, which cause the separate existence of the data and information. Business intelligence, based on data warehouse, OLAP and data mining, can efficiently regulate data structure and analyze data for the purpose of supporting decision. |
