企业产学研合作倾向与效率:回顾与展望

深入探究影响企业产学研合作的因素,是建立高效产学研合作的基础。目前,研究者们主要从企业内部因素与外部因素两个层面,探讨了各种因素对企业产学研合作倾向与效率的影响,获得了较为丰富的研究成果。然而,现有的研究还存在两个方面的不足:实证研究缺乏且部分结论高度不一致;没有考虑区域制度环境差异与市场分割对于产学研合作倾向与效率的重要影响。该领域未来的研究方向应包括企业产学研合作倾向与效率综合理论框架的构建以及相应大样本的实证研究,中国情境对于产学研合作倾向与效率的影响以及制度环境与产学研合作的共同演化。

A Review of the Research on Propensity and Efficiency of Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration

Exploration of the impact of industry-university-research institute collaboration（IURC） is the basis for the establishment of efficient IURC. The researchers investigate the effects of various factors on the propensity and efficiency of IURC,which has gained fruitful results. However,existing researches are also deficient in two respects：lack of enough empirical researches and the inconsistency of the conclusion;Irrespective of the great impact of the difference of institutional environment and market insulation on the propensity and efficiency of IURC. Future research directions in this area should include the construction of a whole theoretical framework including the propensity and efficiency of IURC that associates with ample empirical researches with large sample. In addition,the context of the emerging and transition economy should be taken into account when studying the propensity and efficiency of IURC as well as the co-evolution of institutional environment and IURC.
