| 摘 要： | 秦汉奴婢逃亡数量较多。从简牍资料看来,为了增加控制的户口和劳动力数量,秦汉政府对奴婢逃亡的惩罚并不严厉,几乎和庶民逃亡等同。秦汉政府对奴婢逃亡的打击力度,根据时间、地区不同而有所差异,一般而言,西汉前期由于休养生息政策和黄老无为思想影响,政府对逃亡犯罪的打击力度不大。从地域而言,政府对边境地区奴婢逃亡的打击力度普遍要重于其他地区。

| Abstract: | There were many escaped slaves and maid-servants in the Qin and Han Dynasties. From the bamboo and wooden slips,the punishment from the government to the escaped slaves and maid-servants was not severe,nearly the same as the ordinary people,with the purpose of increasing the registered permanent residents.The punishment to the escaped slaves and maid-servants differed in time and districts. Generally speaking,because of the effect of the rehabilitation policy and Huang-Lao＇s idea of letting things take their own course,the punishment was not severe enough. But it was more severe in the border regions than in other regions. |
