| 摘 要： | 可持续发展战略是我国的一项基本国策。电大教育与经济社会发展关系密切，也有一个可持续发展问题。本认为：转变观念是电大可持续发展的先导，准确定位是电大可持续发展的前提，改善条件是电大可持续发展的基础，创新体制是电大可持续发展的关键，注重质量是电大可持续发展的保证。

| Abstract: | The strategy for sustained development is one of the basic policies of our country. TV university education has a problem of sustained development, because it should go hand in hand with the economic development of the society. The author of this article thinks that changing ideas is the precursor of the sustained development of RTVUs; accurate location is the prerequisite; improving conditions is the foundation; innovating system is the key, and emphasizing quality is the guarantee. |
