| 摘 要： | 通过对高校教师要确立“传递者”意识、培养科学文化素质、加强个性特色培养、树立入世精神等四个方面的阐述,解析了修德对育人的重要性与必要性,并强调了“为师者,应知任重道远,须重师德修养”的教育思想,从而提出了高校教师应该努力提高自身综合素质的建议。
