义务教育均衡发展背景下农村地区“隐性辍学”现象研究

摘    要:随着"两免一补"政策的贯彻实施,我国农村地区的义务教育事业迈上了一个新的台阶,这是中国教育史上一个重要的里程碑。然而,虽然全国范围内辍学率都有所降低,但是农村地区"隐性辍学"的现象却不断增多。为解决这一问题,应加深对农村地区"隐性辍学"现象的表现形式和成因的研究,同时,从如下几点解决此问题:调整政策决策方向,建立综合评价机制,形成多元培养模式。

Abstract:With the implementation of "two exemption and one subsidy" policy, China's compulsory education in rural areas is on a new step, which is also an important milestone in the history of China's education. Although the nationwide dropout rates have been reduced, the "implicit dropout"phenomenon in rural areas is growing. To resolve this problem, we should conduct more research and analysis on the manifestation and causes of the phenomenon. Moreover, we should take more actions to solve this problem, such as adjusting the direction of policy decision, establishing the comprehensive mechanism of students' evaluation. Only in this way, can we solve the implicit dropout problem, improve the quality of education in rural areas, and then realize the balanced development of compulsory education in the true sense.
