| 摘 要： | 邓小平高度重视解决领导职务终身制问题，他在领导我国改革开放的实践中，从中国实际出发，创造性地提出运用退休制、任期制、顾问制等一系列制度性安排，解决长期存在的领导职务终身制的问题，并且身体力行，主动退出党和国家的领导岗位，为改革开放的深入发展和国家的长治久安，作出了卓越贡献。
