| Abstract: | There are two main secret worries in the vocational and technical academy the persons qualified to teach and the experiment and exercitation. How to deal with these problems is the key relating to the continuous development of a vocational and technical academy. It needs the effort from government , enterprises and academies to relieve the secret worries above. |
